Training

Courses have lessons with text, video, PDF or a quiz. Mandatory training is passed once the minimum score is reached. You earn XP for every completed lesson.

Tasks and approvals
Done means done.
Tasks have a checklist, a deadline and, if needed, a proof of completion. When the task is done, the person uploads the proof, for example a certificate of attendance. Their manager checks it and approves it.

Privacy by design

Nexboard shows managers where they can help. Nothing more. In their settings, everyone can see exactly what their manager sees.
